Напримере Швейцарии был проведен сравнительно-правовой анализ, которыйпоказал влияние опыта ЕС на швейцарское законодательство. В частности, врезультате недавней реформы был ужесточен режим обращения с инсайдерскойинформацией; расширены: методы манипулирования на рынке ценных бумаг,полномочия Федерального управления по надзору за финансовыми рынками,перечень действий, подпадающих под уголовно наказуемые правонарушения,действие закона по кругу лиц и в пространстве; ужесточены меры уголовнойответственности.
Расследование уголовных дел в рамках злоупотреблений нарынке ценных бумаг было передано на федеральный уровень. Ознакомление сопытомЕСмоглобыбытьполезнымидлядругихтретьихстрани / или интеграционных образований, в частности ЕАЭС.15.
