Таким образом, избольшого количества откровенно политизированных законопроектов былопринято только 2, а также 9 резолюций по тематике конфликта на Украине.«Встроенные лоббисты» польской диаспоры (прежде всего, конгрессмены М. Куигли, М.
Каптур, А. Кинзигер, Ш. Джексон-Ли, сенатор Р. Дурбин) в совокупности внесли или стали коспонсорами 23 проектов документов(15 законопроектов и 8 резолюций). Среди данных документов необходимогруппу законопроектов, которые крайне однобоко трактовали события, происходившие на Украине, а именно: ряд законопроектов о признании ополченцев Донбасса террористической организацией и об эмбарго на продукциюкомпании «Рособоронэкспорт».Конгресс Американской Полонии и Коалиция центральноевропейскихи восточноевропейских народов поддержку в отношении 10 законопроектови 4 резолюций палат Конгресса, среди которых, в основном, документы,направленные на упрощение предоставления вооружений украинской стороне455. Примечательно, что почти две три от числа данных проектов документов приходятся на 2015-2016 гг., когда актуальность для американскогоистеблишмента тематики конфликта на Донбассе несколько снизилась.
Низкие показатели поддержки конкретных законопроектов также объясняютсятем, что в 2014 году диаспоральные организации нередко поддерживали любые меры по украинской проблематике.
