Особенности привлечения общественно-религиозной поддержки в США позволяютдопускать, что интерес к протестантам-фундаменталистам со стороны американскихполитиков, в т.ч. таких как президенты Р. Рейган и Дж. Буш-мл., а также многочисленныхконрессменов и сенаторов, придерживающихся правоконсервативных взглядов, был вомногом проявлением политического прагматизма, необходимостью поиска группсторонников и избирателей. Тем не менее, можно утверждать, что в годы правленияконсервативных республиканских администраций внешнеполитические интересы Белогодома и таких групп как неоконсерваторы совпали с интересами американских«фундаментальных христиан», что позволило последним оказать существенное влияниена ход политических и исторических процессов в конце XX – начале XXI вв.140БиблиографияИсточники:1.
