Столкновениями между тяжелыми частицами можнопренебречь по двум причинам: во-первых, в ЛИП достигается высокая степень ионизации[69, 1990]; во-вторых, согласно результатам измерений и расчетов [1992–1994],характерные значения констант скоростей столкновений электронов с тяжелымичастицами приблизительно на два порядка выше констант скоростей столкновений междутяжелыми частицами. Это подтверждается результатами спектральных измеренийвременной эволюции интенсивности линий TiI и TiII, их спектральной ширины и формы,выполненных в [1972, 1976].Таблица 26.
