Следует отдельно подчеркнуть, что ОПБО в целом не представляет угрозы дляРоссии и не направлена против неё.Последние тенденции и события в сфере военно-политической интеграции в ЕС (вчастности, «Европейская инициатива по вмешательству», в которой участвуют 10 членов ЕС, атакжерядфранко-германскихинициатив)указываютнато,чторуководителизападноевропейских стран рассматривают возможности укрепления коллективного потенциалав сфере безопасности, который может быть использован, в том числе, для антикризисныхоперацийимиссий.Заозвучиваемымипредложениямипросматриваетсяидея«разноскоростной» интеграции, реализация которой возможна и вне институциональных рамокЕвросоюза.
