Furthermore, the legal theory demonstrates theideas of Russian lawyers of past and present times, who studied various issues oflegal technology and, in particular, the essence of procedural and social significanceof legal fictions and others, close to them, numbers of its characteristics. Forexample, in the context of issues raised in this thesis, the author displays variousmaterials with respect to the legal theory and philosophy of law, as well as the historyof legal doctrines, scientific works of Soviet, Russian and, of course, foreign experts.Many of the foreign legal papers were translated by the author who was the first whotranslated these papers into Russian.The thesis reveals and theoretically represents the essence and number of legalfictions in the legal space, and reveals the peculiarities of the use of legal fictions inmodern Russian, European and North American legislation and law enforcementpractice.32.
