The first stage was tostudy the epidemiology of BPD in outpatient. Medical documentation of 5962 children wasanalyzed, the initial uptake and the overall incidence of BPD in the structure of the pulmonologistoutpatient incidence was estimated. In the second phase, a cohort of 906 children with BPD 20042015 year of birth, was analyzed in view of the evolution of the main factors influencing thedevelopment and course of BPD, including obstetric history of the mother, anthropometric anddemographic indices of the newborn, features of therapy, complications of BPD andcomorbidities. In the third phase of work refined the predictors of the formation of severe andmoderate forms of BPD and studied characteristics of the disease manifestation.Based on these data, the optimized scheme and observation plan of children with BPD wasformed, allowing to individualize the management of these patients in routine pediatric and adultpulmonary practice.27.
