Алгоритм сбора информации из БД InCites1. Пройти авторизацию на сайте http://incites.isiknowledge.com/;2. Выбрать вкладку институциональные профили («InstitutionalProfiles»);3. В выпадающем меню выбрать сформировать исследовательский отчет(«CreatearesearchfootprintTM»);4. Выбрать необходимые университеты (лимит не более 2х университетов за одинзапрос информации);5. В меню выбора индикаторов («SelectanIndicator»), отобрать необходимыекритерии (лимит не более 2х показателей за один запрос информации). В Главе2 используются данные по 13 критериям, которые формируют рейтинги THEWUR и THE SR. Стоит отметить, что в методологии составления рейтингов,приведенной на сайте http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/ не приведенполный перечень используемых критериев, как он обозначен в InCites.
В связис чем, существует трудность в сопоставлении критериев используемых врейтингах журнала TimesHigherEducation и базе данных InCites, поскольку вInCitesиспользуетсяоколопроизводные. В Приложении 2100разнообразныхпоказателей.включаяприведен полный список показателей базыданных InCites с указанием 13 критериев, используемых для формированиярейтингов THE WUR и THE SR;1486. В меню выбора временного периода («Select a Time Period») выбратьнеобходимыйгоддляформированиясформироватьотчетинформации,инажатькнопку(«CreateReport»);7.
Информация из полученного отчета переносится для последующего анализа впрограммный продукт MSExcel.149Приложение 2.
