A number ofcompanies of competitors providing similar goods, works and services can offer notonly lower prices, but also the application of the latest technology of contract work.This makes it difficult to enter new markets. In addition, there is a real threat oflosing existing customers.To prevent possible threats, "SMD" company has the opportunity to constantlyupgrade the level of servicing of the modernization of existing equipment andpurchase of a new one, which has obvious advantages.The conducted research made it possible to identify the direction in which thecompany should use the opportunities to implement the strategy to improve itsefficiency - mastering advanced technologies in order to gain additional marketshares.Strengths of "SMD" company allow it to maintain a worthy position, and they saythat the company is primarily focused on satisfying the needs of customers.
To thisend, since its inception, it has been pursuing a strict policy in the field of qualitycontrol, and is investing resources in the training of employees (workers).Presence of own production of building materials, as well as a balanced creditpolicy, allow creating a flexible system of payment, including long-term deferredpayment for companies-customers. The high price for services is caused, first of all,by permanent breakdowns and deterioration of equipment, as well as the need for itsmodernization.The lack of its policy does not allow the company to properly analyze market andtechnology changes. As a threat to the enterprise, competition can be distinguished.A number of competitors' companies that provide similar work can offer not onlylower prices, but also the application of the latest contracting technology.

Strengths include a high level of service and the availability ofown production of building materials, the weakest side of the enterprise is a highprice for services.The main threat is the competition in the market, as well as the continuousimprovement of technology. The company has opportunities for development:improving the level of service, attracting new customers through the growth ofconstruction of industrial real estate, as well as the introduction of new technologiesand investment in marketing.The most significant decision, which has the highest quantitative assessment, isthe implementation of a comprehensive program of reconstruction and technical reequipment.Because of the threat of the emergence of substitute goods, the pressure ofsuppliers and the pressure of consumers, a sufficiently strong influence on the activityof the enterprise, the release of new types of products, the provision of additionalservices and the production of work will reduce such threats as the emergence of newtechnologies and reduce the dependence of the enterprise on one consumer, and getadditional market share.Updating equipment and improving the technological process will also improvethe quality of products, and as a prerequisite for this, can be realized by using thestrengths of the organization.As a result of the analysis of factors of the external and internal environment, it isnecessary to develop a further strategy for the development of Company.The long-term and efficient work of "SMD" LLC is determined by a justifiedchoice of strategic benchmarks that allow realizing the development potential of the84organization.
Successful choice of strategy leads to achievement of the set long-termgoals of the organization, which ensures sustainable economic growth anddevelopment.Today, the strategy of "SMD" LLC is that the enterprise is not in a crisis state andthe management of the organization takes actions to retain its share in only threemarket segments: the construction market for buildings and structures, the supply ofconstructed facilities with materials of its own production, and the design of a smallnumber of industrial facilities .Proceeding from this, it is necessary to develop a strategy for expanding themarket, allowing to increase the income of the organization and to strengthen itsfinancial condition as a whole by investing in an additional type of activity.The proposed development strategy is to increase the competitiveness of anenterprise in the capital construction market through the receipt of state orders.Due to the specifics of the industry, it is necessary to develop a number ofmeasures that would allow creating a competitive advantage that would create abarrier between Company "SMD" and competitors.
In this situation, the developedstrategy of the enterprise can become a definite competitive advantage.As a result of the competitiveness analysis of "SMD" LLC it was determined thatthe enterprise has a sufficiently strong competitive position in its market. Tostrengthen it, it is proposed to win an additional market share. It is proposed to enterthe public procurement market for participation in capital construction.Then, as the main root competence for company "SMD" under this strategy, wewill determine the conquest of the capital construction market at the expense of stateorders for increasing competitiveness.

It should have units with the goal of carrying out all the functionsassigned to it.Competence in the field of information technology.The key requirements for information technologies as a key factor supporting theday-to-day functioning of the activity and the implementation of the strategy forwinning the capital construction market under government orders are as follows:- ensuring non-transparency of information on financial flows, customers, etc.;- ensuring the quality and growth of the speed and flexibility of decision makingand implementation;-ensuring the growth of efficiency of the implementation of existing businessprocesses through automation;- Rapid introduction of new services.At present, company "SMD" uses one application "1C Enterprise", whichprovides automation of operational and accounting.88The current state of development of information technologies in the companydoes not allow providing effective information support of the enterprise's activities.There are gaps between the key requirements for effective business management(business process automation, information opacity, speed in implementing changes)and the current IT infrastructure:- poor interaction with business processes of the enterprise: lack of clearregulation of IT system support and project management, lack of responsibility Forproject results;- lack of strategic planning in IT and clear coordination between individualinitiatives and projects;- lack of the principle of end-to-end information processing, duplication of anumber of information flows.To ensure the basic business needs of the enterprise, modernization ofinformation technologies of CL "SMD" is necessary.Managerial competencies.The next steps in the field of organization and management activities will be:- Forming a governance structure aimed at achieving the established strategicgoals:- Appointment of a responsible person for modernization and innovativedevelopment (including preparation of development forecasts, modernization andoptimization of the applied technologies);- Creation of a working group to support and control the implementation ofprojects;-development of an implementation plan with a clear list of responsible personsand deadlines;- development and correction of internal documents of the enterprise.Thus, having formed the root competencies necessary for the implementation ofthe strategy of "SMD" LLC to conquer the capital construction market throughparticipation in government contracts, it is necessary to find out how this method ofincreasing competitiveness will be effective.89In the presented research, theoretical issues were revealed, which reveal thepeculiarities of strategic management of an enterprise.
