Also, the activity of «Supplyand Sales Management» was characterized and analyzed, and in order to increase theefficiency of its activities, a development strategy for the repair and constructioncompany was developed.After analyzing the threats and opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, andcompetitive positions of "SMD" company it was established that the company has asufficiently strong competitive position in its market. To strengthen and develop it, itis necessary to develop a strategy for expanding the market, which allows increasingthe income of the organization and improving its overall financial position byinvesting in an additional type of activity.
For this purpose, a new developmentstrategy was developed-an increase in the competitiveness of an enterprise in thecapital construction market through the receipt of state orders.The key competencies of the company in this direction are determined and theprofitability of implementing such a strategy is calculated. It is concluded that, at thislevel of efficiency, the implementation of projects in the capital construction marketof the company will subsequently receive large volumes of state orders in the field ofcapital construction, which directly positively affects the growth of the company'scompetitiveness..
