ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
Сбытовая деятельность имеет ключевое значение для успешного функционирования предприятия в современных условиях. Конечные результаты деятельности фирмы напрямую зависят от эффективности работы системы сбыта. Сбытовая деятельность фирмы состоит из нескольких этапов, особенности которых определяются следующими факторами: происходящие экономические перемены, особенности переходного периода, менталитет и покупательское поведение населения, и другие. Сбыт – это разносторонняя деятельность. Для достижения поставленных целей организация должна правильно организовать и управлять сбытовой деятельностью. Сбытовая деятельность является с одной стороны важной частью операционного процесса, а с другой стороны самостоятельной деятельностью. Сущность сбытовой деятельностью раскрывается в таких основных управленческих функциях, как планирование, организация, мотивация и контроль. Можно сказать, что сбытовые функции предприятия очень разнообразны и каждая компания осуществляет их по-своему. Необходимо научиться достигать поставленные цели в области сбыта. Причем не только по итоговому результату, но и по текущим показателям сбытового процесса. Стимулирование сбыта, под которым понимают совокупность приемов, способствующих увеличению объема продаж на протяжении всего жизненного цикла товара, приобрело такое большое значение. Множество разнообразных средств помогают достичь решению задач стимулирования сбыта. При этом учитывается тип рынка, конкретные задачи в сфере стимулирования сбыта и существующую конъюнктуру, и рентабельность каждого из используемых средств.
В данной дипломной работе, объектом исследования было ООО «Саф-Авто». Компания предоставляет услуги по покупке автомобилей, мотоциклов, спецтехники и водного транспорта на аукционах США, Японии, Кореи и ОАЭ. Проведя анализ сбытовой деятельности ООО САф-Авто, позволяет сделать следующий вывод. В июне, июле и августе было недовыполнение предприятием обязательств по договорам. Причиной этому стало, нарушение поставщиками своих обязательств по поставке данному предприятию сырьевых ресурсов. Большое значение для каждого предприятия имеет качество продукции, которое является одним из определяющих показателей ее конкурентоспособности. Сделаем вывод проведенного анализа, что в отчетном году качество поставляемой покупателям продукции улучшилось, что подтверждается увеличением сертифицированной продукции. Следующий вывод сделаем по анализу показателя результативности сбытовой деятельности предприятия. за период с 2014 по 2016 г. на данном предприятии сократился объем реализованной продукции и в 2016 г. составил 91,8% от уровня 2014 г. За указанный период снизилось также количество заключенных и выполненных контрактов. Средняя стоимость выполненного контракта имела тенденции к росту: в 2014 г. она составляла 14687,5 руб., а в 2016 г.-15700 руб. Главной причиной этого стал рост доли крупных покупателей в общем объеме сбыта. Именно в этом заключена специфика реального сектора- в постоянно ухудшающейся экономической ситуации выживают наиболее крупные покупатели. В работе отдела сбыта было положительно увеличение объема реализованной продукции в расчете на одного сотрудника в результате уменьшения численности работников сбытовых подразделений предприятия и, как следствие этого, повышение производительности труда.
