The agency performs selling of passenger air traffic transportation services with execution of the contract with airlines through TCH, which is in charge of ATA accreditation and regulating their activity.

ATA receives some commission percentage from airlines. Agreement shows its value and it can vary in dependence on ATA sales volume.

Public company “Far Eastern air traffic agency “Specter Avia Service” has TCH and IATA accreditation which makes all ATA activities available.

Since the adoption of e-ticketing system the competition in this sphere started growing rapidly. As a result, the company started adding some general and additional services. Soon it got possible to purchase train and bus tickets for the number of intercity routes, to book a hotel around the world, purchase a health or relaxing tour, make visa and exit documents, order the delivery of tickets home or to the office, get insurances services and so on.

Air traffic tickets sales site www.biletdv.ru is a modernized point of sales which also helps with viewing flight schedule, booking, finding the best route, seeing the rating of low-budget air tickets. There is also a possibility of purchasing tickets for subsidized air fare, tickets for military men, paying for related services (additional baggage piece, checking-in, choosing the particular seat etc).

At the stage of purchasing the ticket using the above-mentioned site passenger is offered to fill in his contact information, the number of loyalty card and personal data. After this there appears a list of additional paid services (automatic informing and insurance coverage), which passenger may not purchase. Also, there is a choice of possible ways of payment (credit card on site or with cash in the office).

This part of graduate work researched the general information about “Far Eastern air traffic agency “Specter Avia Service”:

• The short information about working scheme of the agency;

• Organization structure and its organizational and legal form;

• General structure of control over the company and analytics of business performance of the company.

2.2 Internet sales assessment of performance through the example of Far Eastern air traffic agency “Specter Avia Service”.

“Specter Avia Service” offers its internet customers to purchase not only air tickets, but also train tickets in Russia and abroad, booking hostels around the world and touristic tours. Air tickets can be purchased on www.biletdv.ru while the hotel and train tickets booking and touristic services customers can get on www.dvsas.ru.

Train tickets are offered to customers on www.dvsas.ru where booking of this service and its payment is available. Purchasing of train tickets abroad is performed according to agreement between foreign railways and ATA through TCH.

Booking hotels on www.dvsas.ru is performed through the link to RoomGuru site for selling, booking and searching for rooms in hotels around the world. Internet-portal www.roomguru.ru offers to reserve and pay for available rooms in hotels by collecting, analyzing and sorting actual offers from partner-sites such as Booking.com, hotels.com, Agoda, Accor Hotels.com, Ozon.travel, Ostrovok.ru, Hotels.de and others.

Set of touristic services is offered on www.dvsas.ru along with affiliated company of the common legal entity by the travel agency named “Specter Tour”.

One of the most economically efficient directions of company development is integration of electronic services for passengers. Among available electronic services the next are used:

• The possibility for passenger not only to buy the ticket, but also to manage his booking – changing the route and fare, canceling the trip if needed.

• Launching the service that lets to check-in through www.biletdv.ru and printing the boarding card.

• Development of additional services sales such as tickets to VIP and business halls of the airport, booking the hotel and ordering taxi along together with the ticket.

“Specter Avia Service” also has a mobile version of the site, which automatically adjusts to different types of mobile gadgets.

2.3 Directions for improving in the sphere of Internet sales service and their efficiency assessment.

As for marketing communication sphere there is one uncovered segment in the market – young people under 25. One of the possible ways to cover it is making the mobile application for “Specter Avia Service” based on Android and Iphone iOS operational systems.

This application is expected to provide the customers not only with ticketing services from www.biletdv.ru, but selling and booking other services as well using www.dvsas.ru.

The details about the functionality and expenses for the realization of this application are given below. The first factor forming its price is the difficulty of the application itself. The next factor is operational system for the application. IOS and Android OS are the most popular nowadays.

The application development for Android OS will cost the company 30% more and it will take 20% more time in comparison with iOS as the application check will be needed with the bigger number of gadgets. During these check the number of mistakes and bugs will be revealed for the further correction. In average the development takes from 20 (for simple applications) to 100 hours (for complex ones).

This graduate qualification work researched and showed general information about Far Eastern air traffic agency “Specter Avia Service” including activity in the sphere of Internet sales, also the role of the agency in Russian economy. The analysis of Internet sales effectiveness is also given in details.

The aim of the graduate qualification work was theoretical basis of ATA Internet sales development based on example of Far Eastern air traffic agency “Specter Avia Service”.

In order to fulfill the aim we completed the next tasks:

- Researching of the theoretical aspects of ATA Internet sales.

- Analyzing the Internet sales efficiency of “Specter Avia Service”.

- Making suggestions about improving the process of Internet sales service.

This work showed the detailed information about “Specter Avia Service”, advantages and disadvantages of its working process in the sphere of Internet sales.
