Анализируя документы ООН, МОГО и других международных, региональныхорганизаций, основополагающие документы РФ и МЧС России, а также работыроссийских и зарубежных (западных) специалистов, автор выявляет наиболееэффективные направления такого сотрудничества.KUVSHINOV Alexey Vladimirovich (Russia)The cooperation of the Russian Federation with international and regional organizations inthe field of disaster management (1990-2015)The dissertation is devoted to the study of history and main ways of the cooperation ofthe Russian Federation represented by EMERCOM of Russia in the period under considerationwith international and regional organizations and their centers of the catastrophes’ managementand civil defense of population and territories related to both UN specialized agencies, ICDO aswell as other international, regional and national entities. On the basis of the analysis ofdocuments of the UN, ICDO and other international, regional organizations and of thefundamental documents of the RF and the EMERCOM of Russia as well as of the works of theRussian and foreign (Western) specialists, the author is discovering the most effective ways ofsuch cooperation.27.
