Abstract

Object of research VKR is the SP Vakser T. R.

The purpose of work is the development of effective assortment policy of firm based on the complex analysis of its financial and economic state, on data of indicators of the range and studying of theoretical aspects of the chosen subject. For achievement of the purpose the following tasks are set:

- studying of the main problems and tendencies of development of retail trade;

- studying of theoretical bases of formation of the commodity range of the enterprises of retail trade;

- studying of the content of trade and technological processes in shop and calculations of goods in a trading floor;

- improvement of management of the commodity range.

Final qualification work consists of introduction, the main part, 3 heads, the conclusion, the list of the used sources, the appendix B, the appendix G, appendix A.

In the conditions of the market relations formation of the range is one of the most important conditions of the organization of effective work of the enterprise. Formation covers all main spheres of its production economic activity - sale, finance, production, purchases, scientific and design development which are closely interconnected. This activity relies on identification and forecasting of demand, the analysis and an assessment of the available resources and prospects of development of an economic environment. From here need of coordination of formation of the range with marketing and control for the purpose of continuous correction of indicators of production and sale after changes of demand in the market follows. Formation of the range is the first and main step in strategic planning of presence of firm in the market.
