We also studied their associationwith chances to achieve immunologic remission upon treatment of HCV with direct-acting antiviralstherapy. We demonstrated significant increase in risk allele frequency among HCV patients withcryoglobulinemia and cryoglobulinemic vasculitis compared to HCV patients without records of detectedcryoglobulins. We found similarity of inherited genetic risk of cryoglobulinemic vasculitis manifestationamong patients with asymptomatic cryoglobulinemia and cryoglobulinemic vasculitis. We proposed apredictive model for development of cryoglobulinemia and cryoglobulinemic vasculitis in HCV patientswhich could be used for clinical treatment personalization. Based on composition of clinical and geneticdata we developed a prediction model for persistence of cryoglobulinemia upon complete virus clearanceafter direct-acting antiviral therapy..
