Malykhina“Forensic theory of the criminal offender”The research is dedicated to the issue of developing forensic theory of thecriminal offender. In the line of the research the existing methodology hasbeen updated and new theoretical principles, together with scientific and practical guidelines on carrying out the investigation of the criminal offender havebeen articulated; the holistic system of substantiated and logically coherentscientific background describing and explaining the logic of the informationrelated to the criminal offender genesis, as well as the logic of the search andcognitive activities of practitioners aimed at tracing, examining and using thisinformation in practice has been created; new perspectives for application ofthe criminal offender forensic theory in different areas have been specified..
