In 1972 has graduated Barviha’s Middle State School with a golden medal.
In 1978 with distinction has graduated the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI)® on a speciality «Automated Management Systems» with distinction, on formation – engineers-systems engineer.
During 1978–1996 worked in Scientific & Research Institute of Aviation Industry Economy® as the engineer, senior engineer, chief of research sector and conducting expert.
During 1996–2002 worked at the Centre of Aviation Industry Economy (CAIE) of State Scientific & Research Institute of Aviation Systems (GosNIIAS)® in a post of the chief of research division of program planning and reforming of aviation industry. Nowadays – major scientific employee of CAIE of GosNIIAS.
Since 1998 as the professors of subfaculty of manufacturing management and marketing of faculty of economics and management teaches in MAI, reading lectures at rates «System Analysis within scope of Management», «Support Decision Theory», «Organization of Enterprise Activity» and «Theory of Organization».
For a number of years cooperated to associative - consulting patterns - including with the Russian Association of Aerospace Insurers® and Federation of Professional Managers®.
In 1988 has protected thesis work on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of engineering sciences on a speciality 05.13.06 «Automized Management Systems» within scope of problems of automated management of formation reliability of aviation complete articles. In 1996 has protected the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of economic sciences on a speciality 08.00.13 «Economic-Mathematical Methods» on a theme «Intellectual information technology of the feasibility report of the marketing decisions».
The author more than 250 printed proceedings, including more than 25 books. He published net of materials on problems of economy and management in mass media.
Was the member of editorial boards of a set of periodic scientific issuings – including «Engineering. Informatics. Economics» (serial «Automized management systems»), «Computer Chronicle».
The member of MAI’s doctoral dissertation council on specialities 05.02.22 «Organization of producing (industry)» and 08.00.13 «Mathematical and toolkit methods of economics».
He is specialized in the field of high computer-guided hybrid economic-information technologies of the complex feasibility report of the complex decisions with reference to the large organizational & economic and technical systems, and also in sphere of normative-legal maintenance of management.
