The sensitivity of the determination of serum inhibin B in normalperformance of FSН is 92% and the specificity 86%.It was found that such data as: inhibin B, AMH, FSH level as well as ultrasoundexamination (linear bloodstream velocity, resistance index, testicular volume) can besignificantly recognized as predictors of spermatogenic epithelium safety.These data can be considered as testicular reserve indices. As a result of theperformed research, the treatment of patients with secretoryazoospermia was suggested.In our opinion determination of testicular reserve safety in patients with secretoryazoospermia will allow to predict testicular biopsy results and consequently to choose thepriority type of surgical treatment.Prediction of testicular biopsy success enables to avoid ineffective operations andallows to consider a version of assisted reproductive technology (IVF) donor program atan early stage..
