People began to travel many ages ago. The very first travellers were explorers whowent on trips to find wealth, fame or something else. Their journeys were verydangerous. Nowadays it is not so dangerous and it is much more convenient.Do you want to go somewhere? Tourismbecame a very profitable business because people are ready to spend their money for thegreat opportunity to have a great time learning about new countries, going sightseeing,resting and enjoying themselves.You don't speak the language of the country you go to? There are interpreters thatwill help you.Modern life is impossible without travelling.

Why do people like travelling? Ithink, because adventure is necessary to us all. It keeps us from growing stale and old, itstimulates our imagination.There are various ways of travelling.The fastest way is of course by plane. With modern airlines one can travel in oneday any places he wants. Most airlines have at least two classes of travel: first class andeconomy class which is cheaper.Travelling by train is slower than by plane but it also has its advantages. City-dwellers usually like a quiet holiday by the sea or in themountains with nothing to do but walking and bathing, lying in the sun.All means of travel have their advantages and disadvantages. And people choose oneaccording to their plans and destinations..
