Êðèòè÷åñêèé òîê IC ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåé ñòðóêòóðû ñ ïîïåðå÷íûìè ðàçìåðàìè íîðìàëüíîé è ôåððîìàãíèòíîé ïëåíîê ïîðÿäêà 100 íìè ðàññòîÿíèåì ìåæäó ýëåêòðîäàìè îò 7 äî 22 íì ìîæåò äîñòèãàòü çíà÷åíèé ïîðÿäêà1 ìÀ.3. Ðàññ÷èòàíû òîêîâûå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè â äæîçåôñîíîâñêîé ñòðóêòóðå ñî ñëîæíîé ïðîñëîéêîé, ñîñòîÿùåé èç òóííåëüíîãî áàðüåðà, òîíêîé ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåí107êè è ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ñëîÿ â çàâèñèìîñòè îò òîëùèí ñëîåâ, õàðàêòåðèñòèê ìàòåðèàëîâè òåìïåðàòóðû. Ñèñòåìàòèçèðîâàíû îñíîâíûå ðåæèìû ðàáîòû ñòðóêòóðû, îïðåäåëÿþùèåñÿ ïîäàâëåíèåì ñàìîñîãëàñîâàííîãî ïîòåíöèàëà ñïàðèâàíèÿ â ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåíêå çà ñ÷åò ýôôåêòà áëèçîñòè è ìåñòîì ëîêàëèçàöèè ïðûæêà ôàçû íà ôåððîìàãíèòíîì èëè äèýëåêòðè÷åñêîì ñëîÿõ.
Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî õàðàêòåðíîå íàïðÿæåíèå IC RNòàêîé äæîçåôñîíîâñêîé ñòðóêòóðû ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâûõ ïðîñëîåê òîëùèíîé îò 20 äî 60 íì ìîæåò äîñòèãàòü çíà÷åíèé ïîðÿäêà 1 ìÂ, ñîïîñòàâèìûõïî âåëè÷èíå ñ õàðàêòåðíûì íàïðÿæåíèåì òóííåëüíîãî êîíòàêòà, ÷òî îïðåäåëÿåò ååáûñòðîäåéñòâèå è ìîæåò ïîçâîëèòü èíòåãðèðîâàòü åå â öåïè áûñòðîé îäíîêâàíòîâîéëîãèêè.4. Ïîêàçàíà âîçìîæíîñòü èñïîëüçîâàòü áûñòðîäåéñòâóþùèé äæîçåôñîíîâñêèéêîíòàêò ñî ñëîæíîé ïðîñëîéêîé, ñîñòîÿùåé èç òóííåëüíîãî áàðüåðà, òîíêîé ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåíêè è ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ñëîÿ, â êà÷åñòâå óïðàâëÿåìîãî ýëåìåíòàâ ÿ÷åéêå ïàìÿòè.
Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî îí ìîæåò áûòü ïåðåêëþ÷åí èç 0 â π ñîñòîÿíèå çàñ÷åò èçìåíåíèÿ òåìïåðàòóðû èëè ýôôåêòèâíîãî îáìåííîãî ïîëÿ ìàãíèòíîãî ìàòåðèàëà. Ðàññ÷èòàíû òîê-ôàçîâûå ñîîòíîøåíèÿ â îáëàñòè 0 -π ïåðåõîäà è ïîêàçàíî, ÷òîïåðåõîä îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ ÷åðåç ñîñòîÿíèÿ ñ çàìåòíûì âêëàäîì âûñîêèõ ãàðìîíèê âòîê-ôàçîâîé çàâèñèìîñòè äàæå â ñëó÷àå òåìïåðàòóð áëèçêèõ ê êðèòè÷åñêîé.108ÁëàãîäàðíîñòèÕîòåëîñü áû âûðàçèòü ãëóáî÷àéøóþ ïðèçíàòåëüíîñòü ìîåìó íàó÷íîìó ðóêîâîäèòåëþ Ìèõàèëó Þðüåâè÷ó Êóïðèÿíîâó çà åãî âñåñòîðîííþþ ïîääåðæêó è ïîìîùüâî âðåìÿ âûïîëíåíèÿ ýòîé ðàáîòû. Èìåííî åãî ðóêîâîäñòâî è ñîâåòû îïðåäåëèëè ìîéïóòü â íàó÷íîì ìèðå.Îòäåëüíî õîòåëîñü áû ïîáëàãîäàðèòü Àëåêñàíäðà Ãîëóáîâà çà åãî ïîìîùü è èíòåðåñíûå íàó÷íûå äèñêóññèè çà âðåìÿ âûïîëíåíèÿ ýòîé ðàáîòû.
Îí ïîìîã ìíå ñåðüåçíîðàñøèðèòü ñâîè âçãëÿäû íà òåìàòèêó ñâåðõïðîâîäÿùåé ýëåêòðîíèêè è ìèð íàóêè â öåëîì.ß î÷åíü ïðèçíàòåëåí ìîèì êîëëåãàì ïî ëàáîðàòîðèè Íèêîëàþ Êëåíîâó è ÈãîðþÑîëîâüåâó. Íàøå ñîòðóäíè÷åñòâî âñåãäà ìîòèâèðîâàëî ìåíÿ è ïîìîãàëî ðàçðàáàòûâàòüíîâûå òåìû è èäåè.Õîòåëîñü áû ïîáëàãîäàðèòü è ýêñïåðèìåíòàòîðîâ çà ïðåäñòàâëåííûå äàííûå èèõ ïëîäîòâîðíûå îáñóæäåíèÿ.
