Показано, что эффективность переносаэнергии значительно зависит от состава конъюгатов и состава реакционной среды.8) Методом генетической инженерии получен новый термостабильный мутантлюциферазы светляков Luciola mingrelica с заменами Tyr35Asn, Ser398Met, которые приводят ксмещению максимума биолюминесценции с 590 до 550 нм. Показана более высокаяэффективность регистрации BRET-сигнала с использованием полученного мутанта посравнению с исходной формой люциферазы.9) Разработан высокочувствительный метод гомогенного иммуноанализа прогестеронана основе биолюминесцентного резонансного переноса энергии с использованием конъюгатов127люцифераза-прогестерон и конъюгатов антител к прогестерону с красителем.
