On the basis of the comparative historical method the author analyzed fundamental works of common pathologists, microbiologists, epidemiologists, infectionists and logically reconstructed the most important stages of genesis, formation and development of infectious disease such as anthrax.
Analyze of historic-archivist medical materials allowed more deeply and full to expose and to show true role and significance of home scientists in world science and appraise their contribution in the investigation of properties and characteristics of anthrax. It is described process of making and forming of strategy of effective fight with infectious diseases is given estimate to heroic scientific experiments in “liberation” of mankind from insidious infectious diseases. The author shows content, essence and heuristic potential of methodology vaccine prophylaxis by L.S.Tsenkovsky, its development and perfection in modern conditions.
The author emphasizes that deeds of home scientists in the name of science and protection of mankind from infections diseases are filled with deep ethical and moral potential; they are the example for young investigators in preservation and development of spiritual and scientific heritage of the past.
She worked out diagnostic system for identification of anthrax among people, animals and surroundings on the basis polymeric chain reaction.
