Relevance and poor drafting of certain theoretical and methodological reference to the mining companies have identified the subject, purpose and objectives of final qualifying work.

- To study the theoretical aspects of remuneration in the enterprise;

The first chapter examined the theoretical foundations of the organization of wages in enterprises, discussed the concept and nature of production and financial activities of the system, as well as the indicators characterizing its efficiency.

The second chapter of final qualifying work is devoted to analysis and evaluation of production and financial activities, which are identified on the basis of the strengths and weaknesses of her.

In the third chapter reveals the proposed activities, developed on the basis of the remuneration system analysis of the results of JSC "CC" Eastern "," in order to optimize and improve its efficiency.
