ANNOTATION

The relevance of the chosen topic due to the fact that businesses, irrespective of their form of ownership, provided the right to independent matters of organization, regulation and remuneration. Due to the results of their labor, businesses should cover current operating costs, including labor costs, to invest in the expansion and renovation of production, ensuring social development.
The essence of work measurement, functions, norms of expenses of work and their implementation has always been the center of attention and been a relevant subject of study.

The work on improvement of regulation of labor imposed on managers and employers, because they are interested in the efficient use of labor. At the same time, and the workers themselves are interested in an objective assessment of their work. However, many business leaders and organs of management of the economy in General began to reject the appropriateness of the valuation of labor in the market and reduce the significance of the organization of labor and wages. If taken as a whole, the share of wages of total expenditures in JSC FPC is approximately 14 %. In car footage, Khabarovsk is about 45 %.

The aim of the project is the development of measures to improve organization and regulation and reduction of unproductive losses of working time Wagon station Khabarovsk.

The object of the research work is car plot Khabarovsk - structural subdivision of far Eastern branch of JSC "FPC". The subject of this study is to develop activities for the improvement and organization of labor and wages in a train station in Khabarovsk.

The understanding of the functions of NOT allows you to provide a comprehensive, integrated approach to solving problems of work organization at the enterprise, to understand more clearly the mechanism of influence on worker and self-production.

The achievement of effective solutions for the organization of jobs and their maintenance is facilitated by the use of the developed model projects of the organization of labor for mass occupations of workers and employees.
Important social importance of passenger transport long-distance trains to ensure transport mobility of the population causes population growth, increasing welfare, intensive development of the productive forces of individual regions.
