The enterprise is compelled to work with more than 40 suppliers of materials (thus there are periodic failures in deliveries - both in completeness, and on terms), to buy big lots of spare parts. As the enterprise rents a warehouse, costs of storage of raw materials that has an adverse effect on final efficiency of activity of the enterprise increase.

The enterprise is compelled to sign contracts for delivery with a large number of suppliers (from 5 to 10 for each type of accessories) that considerably complicates coordination of coherence of deliveries precisely in time and in the necessary complete set.

In this situation for the management of JSC Sandvik Mining it would be expedient to offer considerations of a question of transfer on outsourcing of function of a warehouse and the warehouse personnel.

Warehouse outsourcing will allow to release to branch of open company "the investment Sandvik Mining directed on not primary activity of the enterprise and to use them on development of the main production. Also to lower load of commercial service on purchase and delivery of spare parts and materials on the maintenance of park of loaders.

Need of control over carrying out repair work and the accounting of TMTs connected with the maintenance of auto-loaders is settled. It isn't necessary to pay the property tax of the rented transport. The constant guarantee of work of loaders and other necessary warehouse equipment remains. it won't be necessary to train the personnel at receipt of modern equipment.

In the conditions of the burst financial crisis, reduction of expenses and increase of efficiency becomes one of the major tasks for the domestic companies which are strongly dependent on a course of the main currencies.Further step is determination of cost of services of the outsourcer in the market. We will consider quotations on services of the standard outsourcing company.

The company "DAS-groups Profeshnl" offers the clients the anti-recessionary prices which will allow to reduce costs of the personnel – thereby to hold the joint costs at the acceptable level.

Having carried out these calculations it is possible to notice that when using the JSC Sandvik Mining enterprise services of the outsourcing Enterprise company will cut down the expenses of 400 thousand rubles a month. Therefore economy of firm in a year will make 4 800 000 rubles which can be directed on use and on development of the main production. Also the enterprise can lower load of commercial service on purchase and delivery of spare parts and materials.

As a result outsourcing of warehouse services will allow the enterprise of open company "Sandvik Mining:

• To lower expenses;

• To minimize risks of failure of the main production;

• To increase turnover and liquidity of assets of the enterprise

• Allows to concentrate on those operations which are effectively carried out by forces of the company

• Possibility of reduction of the staff of the organization.

• Better performance of separate functions of the organization;

• Reliability of the provided services by the outsourcer at the expense of a combination of specialization and experience reduces risks of the organization;

• Expenses on a tenancy are cut down;

• It isn't necessary to spend time for search and training of the worker;

• There is an opportunity to lower tax freight as outsourcing can be referred to gross expenses of the company, having reduced, thus, the sum of the income which is subject to the taxation;

• Need to pay a salary to the worker, and also to pay taxes on a salary and to do contributions to various funds disappears.

Thus, it is possible to say that introduction of outsourcing in JSC Sandvik Mining: allowed to concentrate administrative resources on the main business due to reduction of amount of objects of management, to release resources of the enterprise, thus having increased quality of performance, and efficiency of activity in general.
