Abstract

Final qualifying work "Comprehensive protection signaling devices against atmospheric and switching overvoltage with modern security features" contains 99 pages, consists of 4 chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of references includes 6 sheets of graphic material.

The purpose of final qualifying work is to examine the concept of defining goals and objectives for the creation and development of an efficient system of protection against overvoltage infrastructure of railway transport. It is a description of what should be a comprehensive protection service and technical buildings and structures, including members of their technical systems and devices, hardware and software to ensure the movement of trains and the management of transportation process, under atmospheric, switching surges and influences the electric drive train .

In developing the final qualifying work carried out analysis of the requirements and standards contained in the federal law. The Russian Federation Government and normative technical documents applicable to JSC "Russian Railways" and other areas relating to the protection of buildings, structures and equipment from surges and gives recommendations for their use issues.

Implementation described in the final qualifying work systems aimed at increasing the safety and reliability of the RAT devices.
