ABSTRACT

The theme of the graduation project "Cinema with an auditorium of 800 seats in the city of Khabarovsk"

The Capstone project includes the following sections:
1. architecture and construction
2. design-constructive
3. organizational and technological
4. construction Economics
5. life safety
6. civil defense
7. environmental protection

The explanatory note contains 000 pages of text, tables, and 00 00 of a picture.
According to the results of the calculations adopted in the explanatory Memorandum to the solutions developed the graphic part of the project, which presented twelve formats A1.
The first section "architecture and construction" consists of a subsection of conceptual design which is based on the number of requirements for the design of buildings, choice of building envelopes on the basis of calculations. The same section describes the space-planning and constructive solution to the skeleton of the building, the main load-bearing and enclosing structures and other building elements: Windows, doors, stairs, floors and decoration. Made the following calculations: calculation of reverberation time, thermal design of the external wall, the calculation of the resistance to air permeability of building envelopes. The graphical part is represented by the drawings: elevations, floor plans, sections, roof plan, slab plan, master plan, floor plan, plan of Foundation.
At the constructive section of the project includes the calculation of load-bearing brick walls and monolithic slabs. Refer to section 2 drawing brand CD.
In organizational and technology section includes the development of routing on the device on the roof over the auditorium of a filler material. Based on the calculation results is composed of sheet stamps of TX.
In the "Economy of construction" designed and compiled estimates for the roofing over the auditorium of a filler material.
In the section "Safety" examines the issues of labor safety in the production of roofing works. The analysis of technology in terms of BC, examined measures to ensure security in the production of roofing works.
In the section "Civil defense" measures on protection against weapons of mass destruction, considered action to alert civil defense.
In the section "environmental Protection" describes measures for environmental protection during construction works and operation of the building.
