Annotation

The theme of the degree project: "14-storey residential building with office space" in Blagoveshchensk.

Volume graduation project 173 pages, it contains 52 figures, 56 tables,

38 literature sources.

Keywords: construction, technology works and foundations, masonry exterior walls, structural analysis, foundation, monolithic floor slab, with a hinged facade security device, estimate calculation.

The object of study of the graduation project is a 14-storey residential building with office space in the city of Blagoveshchensk.

Subject of research - design, organizational and technological documentation.

The degree project consists of an introduction, seven chapters and a conclusion.

In the introduction the urgency of the chosen theme, formulated the goal and objectives of the study.

The first "Architecture and Construction" section is divided into subsections conceptual design which is based on a number of requirements for the design of the building. Also section describes the space-planning decisions and structural frame of the building, main bearing and protecting designs and other elements of the building: windows, doors, stairs, floors and decoration. Make the following calculations: Thermal calculation of the outer walls, windows, technical floor slab. To list includes drawings sketches, drawings grade AR 8 and one of the brand GP-1 - the general plan.

The settlement and the constructive section of the project includes the calculation and design of monolithic slabs, and foundations. To the list are two drawings of QOL.

The organizational and technological development includes a section on routing masonry exterior walls of a typical floor. As a result of the calculation is made of the brand list of TX-12 in A1 format.

The economic part of the definition includes the cost of work on laying the exterior walls of a typical floor using NCS.

In the "Safety" discussed labor safety issues in roof system and a metal roof. Chosen means of treatment of wooden rafters on fire.

In the "Civil Defense" describes the types of shelters, considered action on civil defense warning signals.

The Environmental section describes the arrangements for the collection, removal and disposal of household waste.

Conclusion contains the main conclusions of the diplom project.
