Annotation

The diploma project considers the development of options for the technical process of overhauling the track on the section of the frequency 22 of the Tyndinsky distance of the Far Eastern railway track.

In the first section of the project, a brief description of the Tyndin track and its main indicators is presented; The classroom of distance is determined according to normative documents; The normative and technical requirements for structures, types and elements of the path along which the structure of the upper structure of the track has been selected have been studied.

In the second section, the upper structure of the path to strength is calculated to determine stresses and deformations in its elements under load. It was revealed that the condition of the main site of the subgrade in the underpass zone completely does not satisfy the condition of exploitation in connection with this, it is recommended that when designing the overhaul of the track it is recommended to consider the question of reinforcing the roadbed with a geogrid.

The exaggerated longitudinal profile and the plan of the line are projected. The requirements for the longitudinal profile to the plan of the line are stated. Calculations of the reconstruction of the curves are made, according to the results of the analysis, a variant for the curve is chosen without the reconstruction of the existing subgrade.

The technological process of overhauling the track with deep ballast cleaning has been developed.
