Introduction
Several years ago the Internet was generally used only for the exchange of mail messages and file transfers.
However recently the modern technologies have transformed the Internet into a developed infrastructure that encompasses all the main information centers, world libraries, databases of scientific and legal information, many state and commercial organizations, exchanges and banks. Today the Internet can be considered as a huge market, capable of covering potentially the entire population of the Earth. That is why the producers of software and hardware solutions, trade and financial organizations actively develop the differently types and methods of conducting commercial activities in the Internet - e-commerce.
The relevance of the topic of the thesis has been caused by the fact that the e-commerce industry gains strength, every year it becomes more convenient, more profitable, more perspective. The development of Internet commerce is rapid, this industry attracts more and more people, money, commodity turnover increases, new companies, projects appear, competitiveness grows. Thanks to the success of some giants of this segment the number of people wishing to participate in this industry becomes countless. The Internet commerce market becomes a lot of billion. The development of the electronic communication industry is an important part of the state's activity at the present stage of world globalization and integration.
One of the many customers of this company is wholesale and retail enterprise LLC "Scat DV". On the instructions of LLC "Far Eastern Audit Firm Consultant Service" it is necessary to find out the efficiency of Internet sales of their client of LLC "Scat DV" and to offer measures for the development of retail sales - this is the purpose of the diploma.
The object of the study is: LLC Skat DV
The subject of this work is: Development of Internet sales.
It is necessary to solve the following tasks for to do this:
1) to understand the concept of e-commerce
2) to analyse the development of Internet sales in the world and in the Russian Federation
3) to analyse the commercial activities of the company "Skat DV"
4) to analyse the Internet trade of the enterprise
5) to give recommendations on the development of Internet sales of LLC "Scat DV"
The analysis of the company's activities will be conducted and collected from 2013 to 2016.
1 The concept of e-commerce
Since the mid-nineties the growth of activity in worldwide online trading is observed.
Today the term "e-commerce" means the provision of goods and services through global information networks.
Thanks to e-commerce systems, the buyer can not directly communicate with the seller, do not waste time on shopping, but at the same time have more complete information about the goods. The seller can quicker react to demand change, analyze behavior of customers, save money on rent of rooms, staff.
There is such a category of e-commerce as the business-consumer (B2C);
The basis of this category is made by electronic retail trading. It includes electronic stores. There are such advantages in online stores:
- The opening of the store in a shortest possible time
- Reduction of the costs on rent of commercial space
- Reduction of costs on commercial equipment, maintenance of staff
-Expansion of business coverage
- round-the-clock sales channels
- representation of whole assortment of goods and services and full information about them
Form of sales of e-commerce:
1. Online stores
2. Online auctions
3. Trading websites
At the moment in the world there are millions of websites (local and international) which carry out sale online in different formats. However, the largest on the international scale are mainly American online trading platforms
The global Internet market will continue the growth in the next few years.
According to eMarketer`s forecasts, the volume of online sales by 2019 will grow to the level of 3.5 trillion.$
In addition, the share of Internet trading in global retail will increase to 12% compared to 8-9% in 2015.
The Internet is an integral part of such an important sphere of life as trade and in the future there will be only development in this field and the introduction of the Internet is deeper and more extensive every year.
Development of the Russian Internet trade market in 2015-2020
The Russian Internet market developed quite dynamically (+ 30% per year in the period from 2011 to 2015) At the same time, in terms of development rates, it was ahead of the world market.
This can be explained with the fact that rapid growth is characteristic of almost all developing markets at an origin stage. Gradual decrease in growth rates in process of market saturation will be observed further. In the next four years, the Russian Internet market will continue to grow, but on average no more than 20% per year.
Online sales in regions
The key driver of the growth of the Russian market is the Internet trade in the regions. Accelerated Internet penetration and the development of logistic channels will stimulate the rapid development of the online market.
This results from the fact that the level of development of e-commerce on the provinces differs from the Center - Moscow and St. Petersburg, although at the moment there is a reduction in the "digital" gap. It opens high prospects for the development of e-commerce.
In the next few years, the largest potential of growth for Internet trading will be the cities with a population of 1 million. Moreover, by 2020, according to expert estimates, in the Russian Federation, the regions will account about 80% of online buyers and about 65% of the total volume of the Russian Internet trade market. In addition, the strongest regional players will be able to become federal companies.
Now we can make conclusion that e-commerce in Russia is well developed and continues to operate in this direction. Now users of the network go online to order at any time any goods.
2 Description of the enterprise LLC "Scat DV"
Limited Liability Company "Scat DV" is an economic company, where the authorized capital is divided into shares. Was founded on the first of September 2005.
Participants of the limited liability company are not liable for its obligations and bear a risk of the losses associated with the activities of the company ,within the value of shares owned by them.
The founders of a limited liability company conclude an agreement on the establishment of a limited liability company, which determines the procedure for their joint activities in establishing the company, the amount of the company's charter capital, the amount of their shares in the authorized capital of the company and other conditions specified by the law on limited liability companies.
The constituent document of a limited liability company is its charter.
The charter of a limited liability company shall contain information on the company's corporate name and location, the amount of its charter capital (except for the case stipulated by paragraph 2 of Article 52 of present Code), the composition and competence of its bodies, the procedure for making decisions (including decisions on questions accepted unanimously or by a qualified majority of votes) and other information provided by the law on limited liability companies.
The number of personnel of LLC "Scat DV" in 2016 is: 100 people
The Company has branches in Novossibirsk and in Moscow
Currently, in the "Scat DV:
- More than 10 years working its own engineering team, is engaged in development and improvement of the equipment of SKAT
- Operates its own training technical center for employees, partners and customers.
- Warehouses of goods and spare parts in several days of delivery - Moscow, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk.
-80 Service centers in Russia.
-- wholesale and retail sales in 7 federal districts of the Russian Federation.
The goals of the organization are:
-Receiving profit for the benefit of the Company and participants
- Ensuring the stability of the Company
- Creation of new jobs.
Important for online sales of the Internet store "SKAT" is the "branch" of the organizational structure of the management of the company "Skat DV" LLC: The deputy director on marketing - the head of Internet store - the content-marketing specialist - the online consultant.
Each link, based on its functions, is responsible for certain actions at the enterprise. The role of everyone is important in the implementation of Internet sales at the company "Skat DV"

- Provision of services for installation, repair and maintenance of other general-purpose equipment
2.2. Economic analysis of the company "Skat DV"
Financial and economic status is one of the most important characteristics of activity of the enterprise. It depends on the results of the production, commercial and financial-economic activities of the enterprise.

According to the tables, you can conclude that the financial status of the "Scat" is stable and doesn´t tend to reduce sales and profits.
2.3 Analysis of retail and wholesale sales of the store "Skat" operating in a competitive environment.
The sale process is the stages that the seller can overcome while selling the goods, namely, finding and evaluating potential buyers, preliminary preparation for the visit, approach to the client, presentation and demonstration of the goods, overcoming objections, concluding the deal and completing the transaction, verifying the results.
The method of selling goods is a set of methods and ways of selling goods to customers.
