Conclusion
The relevance of the topic of the thesis has been caused by the fact that the e-commerce industry gains strength, every year it becomes more convenient, more profitable, more perspective. The development of Internet commerce is rapid, this industry attracts more and more people, money, commodity turnover increases, new companies, projects appear, competitiveness grows. Thanks to the success of some giants of this segment the number of people wishing to participate in this industry becomes countless. The Internet commerce market becomes a lot of billion. The development of the electronic communication industry is an important part of the state's activity at the present stage of world globalization and integration.
The object of the study is: LLC Skat DV
The subject of this work is: Development of Internet sales.
It is necessary to solve the following tasks for to do this:
1) to understand the concept of e-commerce
2) to analyse the development of Internet sales in the world and in the Russian Federation
3) to analyse the commercial activities of the company "Skat DV"
4) to analyse the Internet trade of the enterprise
5) to give recommendations on the development of Internet sales of LLC "Scat DV"
E-commerce has become much more convenient than the usual trade in real space, because it has many advantages such as the absence of onerous rent for large retail space, the store is not limited to the goods currently available in the warehouse, the possibility of strengthening a client base not only within its city, but also in other cities, and later and all over the world.
Having analysed the Internet trade of the "Scat", there were identified the main problems: 1) zero social activity 2) a narrow range of products presented in the online store.
During the solution of these problems actions for their decision have been offered.
The enterprise of LLC "Skat DV" needs to increase the number of retail sales. This can be done through the online store "Scat". For this purpose it is necessary to increase the activity of sales using the website.
First, it is necessary to increase the range of products offered on the website. The efficiency of sales largely depends on that how the potential buyer exercises the right for the choice. A wide assortment is for it some kind of guarantee that he will be able to choose the suitable option and make a purchase.
Secondly: Increase the number of visits to the website.
The more potential buyers will visit your site, the more likely they are to make a purchase. To increase the attendance of the website it is necessary to develop the Internet space – to register on all possible free bulletin boards, to conduct activity on forums, to create groups in popular social networks, such as Vkontakte, Instagram. Thanks to social networks, potential buyers will be helped to find a hashtag store. The hashtag is a label that is used to distribute messages on topics in social networks and blogs. Marking the posts with a hashtag, users of the network tag them and give the chance to other users to find topic information by searching.
Buyers need to be encouraged to purchase additional products in this Internet store. It can be done by adding "Select a day" blocks, "Other users recommend" blocks, etc. on the site.
Thirdly: to create a page with reviews of the website.
According to the research, more than 70% of people listen to the opinions of the feedback left on the web, approximately the same number likes the advice of relatives and friends. About 80% of customers are ready to make a purchase after reading positive reviews. In addition, reviews are a natural generator of unique content, so they have an excellent influence on improving the search positions of the website. It is possible to add a section with reviews into the foreground to motivate to leave records - for example, it is possible to enter bonuses for the "tip on the site", which can be spent then upon purchase.
The analysis of the company's activities was carried out from 2013 to 2016.
