In the final qualifying work on the theme: "The proposal for improving the service of certain categories of passengers" on the example of "AeroChita" is considered one of modern airports problems, improve the quality of service of passengers with disabilities.

The subject of research in the WRC can be called direct airport activity, respectively, the object - is the International Airport of Chita, which is considered a federal airport.

The purpose of the study of the effectiveness of service appears certain categories of passengers through the introduction of additional services.

Purpose - to develop recommendations to improve the service of certain categories of passengers.

The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter is devoted to international and Russian requirements for passenger traffic.

The second chapter presents the characteristics of "AeroChita" with the position stated in this paper the problem, first of all, its analysis of the passenger activity.

The third chapter contains the introduction of additional services in the service of passenger transportation, as well as proposals to improve the efficiency of the service "AeroChita".

The proposed measures will significantly improve

the level of service of passengers with reduced mobility (PRM-service) and to improve the image of the airport to the issues of passenger service. The need for this action is also due to the participation of the airport in the tasks assigned by the Government of the Russian Federation in terms of the event "Accessible Environment".
