Annotation

Graduation qualification work on the topic "Features of accounting and analysis of activities at the public catering enterprise" (on the example of LLC "Satsivi") consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.

In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the goals and objectives of the research are formulated.

In the first chapter problems and theoretical questions on bookkeeping accounting and analysis at public catering enterprises are covered.

In the second chapter, the student disclosed the organization of accounting at the public catering enterprise, revealed the features of calculating the self-value of products, as well as a detailed analysis of inventory and goods turnover.

In the third chapter, the main directions for the correct setting of accounting in the organization, the main directions of improvement in accounting, reducing costs and improving the financial condition of the enterprise.

In conclusion, the results of the conducted research were summed up, conclusions and recommendations on the research topic were made.

The thesis contains 4 figures, 9 tables, 8 applications and 54 literary sources. The amount of work is 74 pages.
