Главной проблемой ССАГПЗ остается слабость институционального механизма, включая низкую координацию финансового законодательства и обмена статистической информацией об экономическом положении.6. Внутрирегиональные торговые соглашения (за исключением ССАГПЗ) отличаются либерализацией в основном таможенно-тарифного регулирования взаимной торговли, т.е.
являются узкими по глубине и товарному охвату. Хотя торговаялиберализация несколько стимулировала рост взаимного товарооборота, но главный показатель интегрированности участвующих государств – доля взаимного экспорта в совокупном экспорте интеграционного объединения остается на невысокомуровне.
В межарабских РТС данный показатель дифференцирован от 2,2% в САМ178до 14,0% в рамках ПАФТА.
