Автором разработанметодический инструментарий, включающий методику оценки экономическойустойчивостивысокотехнологичнойкорпорацииракетно-космическойпромышленности, методику оценки ее конкурентоспособности, методикупланирования ресурсного обеспечения высокотехнологичной корпорации. На основеданных методик, а также инструментов оценки готовности организации копережающему развитию и формированию оптимальной траектории опережающегоразвитиясозданорганизационно-экономическиймеханизмуправленияопережающим развитием высокотехнологичной корпорации.
Разработаны основыстратегии опережающего развития высокотехнологичной корпорации ракетнокосмической промышленности, которые учитывают происходящие в настоящеевремя трансформации национальной экономики и позволяют высокотехнологичнымкорпорациям ракетно-космической промышленности России перейти к лидирующимпозициям на глобальных рынках высокотехнологичной продукции.Nesterov Evgeniy (Russia)Creation of organizational and economic mechanism to manage advanced developmentof high-tech rocket and space corporations of the Russian FederationThe thesis research is dedicated to the solution of scientific problem of creating themechanism to manage advanced development management and the tools for assessing theeconomic position of a rocket and space corporation, considering its specific economicactivities. The task of formation of corporation advanced development strategy is alsosolved in the thesis.The author of the thesis proposed her own definition of the term “high-techcorporation advanced development” and described reasonable conditions for corporationentering to the trajectory of advanced development, considering the best practices of largeglobal and Russian companies.
The author developed his own methodological tools,including the method for assessing the economic stability of a high-tech rocket and spacecorporation, the method for assessing its competitiveness, the method for resource planningin a high-tech corporation. On the basis of these methods, as well as tools for assessing thereadiness of the organization for advanced development and the formation of an optimaltrajectory of advanced development the author created the organizational and economicmechanism to manage advanced development of a high-tech corporation.
The author alsoproposed fundamentals of the strategy of advanced development of a high-tech rocket andspace corporation, which take into account the ongoing transformation of the nationaleconomy and allow Russian high-tech rocket and space corporations to take a leadingposition in the global market of high-tech products.26.
