Тема курсовой работы: «Роль мотивации в процессе обучения»
1. Исходные данные к курсовой работе.
Цель исследования – изучить и выявить наиболее эффективные факторы, способствующие повышению мотивации преподавателей и студентов, на основе опроса, проведённого среди участников образовательного процесса.
2. Содержание текстовой части (перечень подлежащих решению задач).
Проанализировать различные виды мотивации и выявить их сильные и слабые стороны; продемонстрировать на конкретных примерах, как работают те или иные виды мотивации; выявить, кто из участников образовательного процесса должен быть мотивирован в большей мере; выяснить наиболее распространенную теорию мотивации, с точки зрения преподавания, в 21 веке.
3. Перечень графического материала (с указанием обязательных мероприятий).
Данная исследовательская работа содержит 1 таблицу и 5 диаграмм.

Introduction
Relevance. To start with, it is important to say that life in modern society,where people have lots of distractions, keeps them in line. To promptly adjust to constantly changing conditions of existence motivated to contribute, as much as possible, to development of different spheres of social life, people should stay motivated enough.
The topic of this study is connected with education and, talking about it, motivation plays a crucial role in this integral and dynamic process. It happens because motivated students achieve more success, become more diligent, painstaking, and studious, grab more opportunities throughout the learning processand in the future [9]. In addition, it is inadmissible to forget about teachers’ motivation, because usually students copy the behavior of the teacher, who is, theoretically, a role model for them, and start to behave the same way [1]. Nowadays people want to bring up a physically and mentally healthy generation that can change the world for the better, improve various subsystems of society, and achieve great success. Thus, they should immediately think about more favorable conditions that can make all the participants of the learning process more motivated.
Object of study – Motivation of the members of the learning as a significant tool in modern education.
Subject of study – Role of motivation in the learning process; advantages and disadvantages of different theories of motivation.
Purpose of study – The purpose of this work is to study and identify the most effective factors contributing to increasing the motivation of teachers and students based on a survey conducted among participants of the educational process.
Research objectives:
1. To analyze different types of motivation and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
2. To demonstrate with concrete examples how certain types of motivation work.
3. To reveal which of the participants of the educational process should be more motivated.
4. To find out the most prevailing theory of motivation in terms of teaching in the 21st century.
Research methods
Methods that are used in the 1st chapter of this study:
1. Analysis of scientific literature;
2. Analysis of different types of motivation;
3. Classification;
4. Specification.
Methods that are used in the 2nd chapter of this study:
1. Survey of the students and teachers;
2. Analysis of the survey’s results.
Work structure – The work consists of an Introduction, two chapters, 1 table, a conclusion, a list of references, including 20 sources, and Appendices, including 5 diagrams.
