Definition of Secondary CodesublicThe secondary codes are fixed sequences as defined in hexadecimal notation in Table 19and Table 20, following again the convention used in paragraph 3.4.1.1. For secondarycodes whose length is not divisible by four (case of CS251 only), the last (most righthand) hexadecimal symbol is obtained by filling up the last group of code chips with zerosat the end in time (to the right), to reach a final length of 4 binary symbols.
