The groups of testimonies to surgical interference — concerning radikulopathy and myelopathy. As a result of the personal researches and generalization of surgical treatment the algorithms of surgical interferences at different clinical forms of degenerative compression defeats of cervical spine were offered. The special attention was paid to different types of spine stabilization. The nearest and later results of surgical treatment were analyzed in details.
Statistical analysis of results obtained conducted to forecast a cross-correlation analysis testimony and character of surgical interference at different kinds of degenerative compression syndromes of cervical spine.
The research results are inculcated in practical work of neurosurgical departments at many medical institutions of Ukraine.
