The sequence of macro- microscopic and spatial-temporal transformations of the ileocecal junction of the intestine at an early stage of the fetal (4-5 months) and perinatal periods of ontogenesis has been studied by means of modern methods of anatomical investigation. The staging of the formation of the ileocecal papilla, the peculiarities of a syntopic influence on the forming of the structure of the ileocecal junction on the part of the right kidney, the processes the fixation of the colon and the degree of meconium accumulation, the dynamics of its skeletopy and the forming of interarterial anastomoses have been determined. A possible prenatal development of reflux-ileitis is substantiated anatomically.
