ABSTRACT

The relevance of the topic chosen, due to the fact that the efficiency of any organization depends on how much its employees are interested in effective work. And the more opportunities to achieve their personal goals they get working on the company's goals, the higher the returns. Development of actions aimed at improving the performance of any company, it is very long and the actual process that requires systematic and balanced approach (decision) by the manager-manager. Therefore, the main task of this diploma projects - the ability of the processes and developments designed to apply to the company OOO "Mart". The object of the study are: OOO "Mart", Club "Vico".

Club "Vico" - a company that provides a range of services in the field of entertainment and recreation.

Objective: to assess the current economic condition of the company and the development of measures aimed at the efficient operation of the enterprise.

Based on the objectives defined work tasks:

- Analysis of the current state of the enterprise;

- Analysis of indicators of economic and financial activity of the enterprise;

- Development of actions aimed to achieve the desired results.

The degree project consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion.

In the first chapter with the characteristics of the enterprise, the history of its development objectives and activities. Also, it is considered the management structure, the external environment of the enterprise.

The second Section is devoted to analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise. The basic problems of the economic activity of the enterprise. Conclusions on the analysis of the results.

The third chapter - a study on the practical development issues. It assessed the possible ways to improve the activities of the enterprise. The estimation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed measures.
