ABSTRACT

Relevance of the thesis is caused by the fact that one of the main tools in the sphere of development business – communications becomes increase of efficiency of labor potential. An important component of any economic entity - is efficiency of activity of the enterprise which is defined by efficiency of his labor potential. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of labor allow to define a possibility of implementation of some economic programs, allow to expand production and to improve quality of production. On the basis of the considered data it is possible to hold the events increasing efficiency of personnel and allowing to increase efficiency of activity of the enterprise.

The purpose of this thesis is the assessment of use of labor potential and its influence on activity of the enterprise.

Within the considered purpose, the solution of a number of tasks is supposed:

- definition of essence of increase of labor potential;

- assessment of use of labor capacity of JSC NOC — Habarovsknefteprodukt;

- identification of problems of labor potential and development of the actions directed to increase of efficiency of use of labor potential at the JSC NOC — Habarovsknefteprodukt enterprise.

Final qualification work consists of introduction, four heads with subsections, the conclusion and the list of the used literature.
