ANNOTATION
Diploma work in a volume of 100 pages, consists of introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions, list of sources used.
Thesis – Economic evaluation of the use of labor potential of the railway undertaking.
The object of study of this thesis is operational locomotive depot Amur – a structural unit of the Trans-Baikal Directorate thrust – thrust of the structural unit of the Directorate – branch of JSC «Russian Railways» and the subject of research – labor potential operational locomotive depot and the efficiency of its use.
The purpose of writing a thesis is a comprehensive study of the theory and practice of management and use of the staff of the operational locomotive depot Amur – structural subdivision of the Trans-Baikal Directorate thrust – thrust of the structural unit of the Directorate – branch of JSC «Russian Railways».
Introduction includes updating the theme, goals and objectives of the thesis.
The first chapter gives a general description of the business.
In the second chapter assessed the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the enterprise.
The third chapter assesses the use of the labor potential of the enterprise.
The fourth chapter presents ways to improve the efficiency of use of labor potential of the locomotive depot.
In the fifth chapter considers the role of rail transport in ensuring economic security.
Conclusion contains conclusions on the thesis.
Bibliography contains 30 sources used.
