ABSTRACT

For any organization operating in the market today the topical problem of survival and security of continuity. Depending on the prevailing conditions and circumstances, this problem is solved by different organizations, but it is based on painstaking and laborious work on creation and realization of competitive advantages, content and organization which discloses the concept of strategic planning.

The tightening of competition, accelerating changes in the environment, dynamic changes of consumer demands, the sudden appearance of new business opportunities, the unpredictability of some environmental factors this is not a complete list of the reasons which led to a sharp increase in the value of strategic management.

Strategic planning has established itself as one of the most effective tools of modern management. Strategic planning is one of the functions of management, which is the process of choosing the organization's goals and ways of achieving them. Strategic planning provides the basis for all managerial decisions, functions, organization, motivation and control-oriented strategic plans.

The main goal of this work show that strategic planning is an important part of enterprise management, and without hardly possible successful work of the enterprise in conditions of market economy. In today's rapidly changing economic situation, it is impossible to achieve positive results, not planning their actions and not predicting consequences.

In this thesis work, I examined the theoretical aspects of the development strategy of the company, as well as the practical part.
In the first theoretical part I talk about business planning in the enterprise and on economic efficiency.

In the second Chapter, analyze the market and competitor analysis. Well, the final part is the economic justification of the measures directed on increase of efficiency of the company.Начало формКонец форм
