ANNOTATION

The relevance of the chosen theme of this thesis is that the efficiency of work will allow the company to increase the share of its products and achieve competitive success on the market, expressed in product quality and price.

The aim of the thesis is the development of measures to improve the efficiency of the enterprise of "Ussuri Balm" on materials of which this work is done.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the financial condition of the enterprise of "Ussuri Balm", identifying the main problems of the financial activities and development on this basis of practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.

The object of this study is an open joint stock company "Ussuri Balm". The main objective of the company is the production of alcoholic beverages and its implementation.

The subject of study is the financial processes of the company and the final results of its economic activity. The analyzed period covers three years of work the company (2012 - 2014 years).

To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

- Provide organizational and technological characteristics of "Ussuri Balm";

- To analyze the main technical and economic indicators of the company for 2012 - 2014 years;

- To analyze the company's financial performance;

- Develop measures to improve the efficiency of JSC "Ussuri Balm".

In the process of preparation of the graduation project used materials of the company financial statements of OJSC "Ussuri Balm" and a variety of instructional resources.

Structurally thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, list of references and appendices.
