Annotation.

Diploma work on a theme "Increase of efficiency of the use of labor resources LTD. "NerungriTeploNaladka"", work consists of 6 heads. A volume of work is 98 pages (not including appendixes). 17 pictures and 21 tables are in process presented.

The first head is "Feasibility description of LTD"NerungriTeploNaladka". General description of enterprise and organizational structure are in a head presented.

The second head is "Estimation of implementation of by volume and quality indexes of work of enterprise". The estimation of by volume and quality indexes and analysis of implementation of by volume and quality indexes are in a head conducted.

Third head "Description of necessity of LTD. "NerungriTeploNaladka" in labor resources. Concepts over and description of labor resources, and also forming and use of labor resources, are in a head brought. The analysis of the productivity and remuneration of labour is conducted in LTD. "NerungriTeploNaladka".

Fourth head "Description of remuneration of labour on an enterprise". Conception of organization of the remuneration of labour, applied in LTD. "NerungriTeploNaladka ", is in a head described. The analysis of wage-fund by LTD. "NTN" is conducted. Methods over of motivation and stimulation of labour are brought on an enterprise.

Fifth head of "Event on optimization of personnel in LTD"NerungriTeploNaladka". Methods are in a head presented on the improvement of quality and quantitative composition of personnel and ground of offer methods.

A sixth head is the "Ecological passport of enterprise". An ecological passport over of enterprise is in a head brought and suggestions are brought in on the improvement of ecological situation.

For writing of diploma work a 38 literary source is used.
