ANNOTATION

This graduation qualifying work contains 90 pages, consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references.

Theme of qualifying work - Increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources of power distance.

The object of research is the final qualifying work Khabarovsk power distance - a structural unit of the joint stock company "Russian Railways" and the subject of research - human resources of the enterprise.

The purpose of writing the final qualifying work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of labor resources and distance power development of measures to improve the efficiency of their use.

Introduction includes updating the theme, objectives and tasks of final qualifying work.

The first chapter provides the theoretical basis for the economic evaluation of the efficiency of utilization of labor resources.

The second chapter gives a general description of the company, shows the organizational structure of management, are the main technical and economic indicators of work. Also, in the second chapter we assessed the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the enterprise, evaluation of the content, structure and movement of personnel, evaluation of performance and the complexity of work, evaluate the use of the wage fund.

The third chapter contains measures to improve the efficiency of labor resources of the enterprise.
