Annotation

I am a student of group number 955, Mukhamadieva E. V. completed a thesis project on the topic: "Organization of work of the departmental fire supervision of transport of the Russian Federation"

Thesis project structurally consists of an introduction, ten chapters, conclusion, list of used sources. I conducted a full study of the regulatory framework of departmental fire protection in transport sector, namely:

- gave a description of fire hazard for vehicles and infrastructure;

- analyzed the hazards of fires and the evacuation of people;

- studied the situation with fires in the transport complex of the Russian Federation;

- researched the organization of work of the departmental fire supervision on transport;

- investigated the organization of work of departmental fire protection on transport;- carried out a systematic analysis of the work of departmental fire protection and Department of fire supervision;

- checked the conformity of departmental fire supervision law and gave the conclusion.

Currently in the Russian Federation is a special situation, when the law provides that certain objects of supervision should be carried out at once "state" and "departmental" fire supervision. These objects are related to operation of air, sea vessels, inland and mixed (river-sea navigation vessels, other floating objects, railway rolling stocks. This is due to the special role of these facilities oversight for the viability of the country and the specifics of their operation.

The implementation of the "state" functions of the fire control for the above-mentioned objects of supervision is vested in the Federal Executive government, namely the Federal service on supervision in sphere of transport of Ministry of transport of Russia (abbreviated Rostransnadzor). The implementation of "institutional" functions of the fire control vested in the Federal Executive authorities, namely: Roszheldor, Rosaviatsia, Rosmorrechflot (all of which are administered by the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation).

The aim of this work is to establish the actual status of the implementation of "institutional" functions on fire supervision, the responsibility of the Federal Executive authorities, namely: Roszheldor, Federal air transport Agency, the Agency administered by the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation.
