ABSTRACT

Market relations has led to the presentation of increased requirements to the formation and sound management of a range of consumer goods that is one of the criteria of competitiveness of firms. Modern range of consumer products is diverse and varies by origin, destination, storage conditions of different products. On this basis, is determined this important function of selection of the systematization of the entire set of groups, subgroups, species and varieties of goods. Formation and development in our country of the civilized market relations, deregulation, privatization, the transition to various forms of ownership require the development of the theory and practice of business analysis as a basic scientific methods of economic management and functions of management. Analysis at the micro level is filled with new specific content and is associated with daily production, trade, economic and financial activity of enterprises (organizations), their teams, managers, executives, owners,-owners. It needs not only to provide an objective and profound assessment of the effects of management, but also to identify, explore and mobilize its resources (especially predictive) the economic and social development, improve the efficient use of commercial capabilities, to help feasible to develop and successfully implement plans, business plans, forecasts, strategic and tactical management decisions.

In conditions of uncertainty and unpredictability of development of market economy, increasing competition, the ability to conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of economic activities of enterprises to make informed and optimal management decisions are crucial to the successful functioning of business entities of all economic sectors and all forms of ownership. Special attention was paid to the latest techniques of analysis of activity of enterprises and economic organizations in the conditions of formation and development of market economy.

The analysis of each indicator of economic activity of the enterprise ends by summarizing the opportunities identified and inferred reserves economic and social development, improve the efficiency of resource use, achieve the best results at the lowest cost a pile of money.
