ABSTRACT

Сaused by the fact that planning is the most important part of business activity. Application of planning creates important benefits:

1) does possible preparation for use of future favorable conditions;

2) clears up the arising problems;

3) stimulates managers to implementation of the decisions in further work;

4) improves coordination of actions in the organization;

5) creates prerequisites for increase of educational training of managers;

6) increases opportunities in providing firm with necessary information;

7) promotes more rational resource allocation;

8) improves control in the organization.

Research purpose – to develop the business plan opening of manicure salon "French" in Belogorsk and to prove cost efficiency of the project.

Object of research will be the manicure salon French (LLC) performing the activities in the territory of the Amur region in Belogorsk.

Subject is process of opening of women's salon "French".

In the course of the analysis and generalization of the acquired information general scientific theoretical and empirical methods of the analysis, comparison of statistical groups, average sizes, graphic approaches and monographic, inductive and deductive were applied.

Information base of research were legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, educational and methodical and educational and practical literature, publications in professional editions
