ABSTRACT

Theme of final qualifying work Formation of the budget of state structures on an example "Management on affairs of youth and social questions of administration of of Khabarovsk".

The work consists of three sections.

In the first section, theoretical foundations are considered. Formation of the budget of state structures by the example of the "Office for Youth and Social Affairs of the Administration of Khabarovsk".

In the second section, a study was conducted on the formation of the budget "Office for Youth and Social Affairs of the Administration of Khabarovsk". Characteristics of the activities of the Administration for Youth and Social Affairs of the Khabarovsk City Administration; Analysis of budget execution by the Administration for Youth and Social Affairs of the Khabarovsk City Administration "

The third section is devoted to the improvement of the financial management system of the public institution by the example of the "Office for Youth and Social Affairs of the Administration of Khabarovsk; Problems of budget execution by the Administration for Youth and Social Affairs of the Khabarovsk City Administration; The search for additional sources of the budget "Administration for Youth and Social Affairs of the Administration of Khabarovsk"

The total amount of work is 61 pages. The final qualifying work contains 8 tables and 5 drawings. During the writing of the work 34 literary sources were used.
